Policies

Delivery Hours

We deliver Wednesday through Saturday, from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please allow a 30 minute window before and after your selected time for delivery.

Pickup Hours

Pickups are by appointment only. Pickup times will vary depending on availability. Please arrive on time for your pickup appointment, as we have a small staff and a busy schedule.

Prep Time / Lead Time

Orders must be placed by 1:00pm, 2 days before they will be ready for delivery or pickup. Some items may require additional lead time. During busier seasons, we may increase the lead time at our discretion.

Refunds & Order Cancellation

  • Online orders: 100% refund if canceled with more than 48 hours notice before time of delivery or pickup.
  • Online orders: 40% refund if canceled with 48 to 24 hours notice before time of delivery or pickup.
  • Online orders: 0% refund if canceled with less than 24 hours notice, if undeliverable (wrong address or delivery date given, for example), or if not picked up on time.
  • Catering orders are non-refundable.

Social Media & Marketing

We reserve the right to use photos of our work for marketing purposes, including on social media platforms, which may include geotagging, unless you specifically request us not to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I pick up my order?

Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options? What if I have food allergies?

We provide gluten-free crackers, vegan cheese, and nut-free options upon request. Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. Do note, however, that vegan cheese substitutes contain nuts and/or soy.

Disclaimer: Although we take precautions to prevent contamination of our products with food allergens, products are handled in a facility that also processes allergenic ingredients. Consume at your own risk.

Can I put my board in the refrigerator overnight?

We recommend you wrap the board in plastic food wrap and consume within 24 hours. Take the board out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. If you are planning on storing your product overnight before serving, please let us know beforehand so we can package it accordingly.

Are the flowers and herbs edible?

Our organic violas and pansies are edible. All other greenery, leaves, and flowers are for decoration only.

What do I need to provide for my catered event?

For our full-service catering, clients will need to provide:

  • Table (72″ long for small graze; 84″–96″ for medium and large graze)
  • Tablecloth
  • Plates, forks, and napkins if not purchased from us
  • We do provide serving tongs, but you may use your own
  • If serving outdoors, a fan to keep flies away, and a canopy for shade

What time will you arrive to set up for my event?

For on-site catering, we generally arrive two hours prior to service time to set up.
